What Does Yellow Bowel Movement Indicate?

I have had yellow stool for a month, bright yellow urine, and today saw that my eyes were yellow as well. I am not a heavy drinker (maybe a glass of wine a week). I have a low sugar and sodium diet, I do need to lose weight. I have had all over itching for about a week, and my appetite has not been disrupted. I am scared that I might have pancreatic cancer, of fatty cirrhosis of the liver. What should I do and will this go away on its own

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With a history of yellow eyes, itching, yellow stool, it would be best to be seen and assessed by your doctor. It is quite possible that your symptoms are not due to pancreatic or any other cancer but this needs to be determined by physical examination, imaging and blood tests. Fatty cirrhosis of the liver can sometimes be reversed or progress delayed with healthy lifestyle such as diet changes or increased physical activity.

Hope I have answered your query.
