Last night after an all day music festival and heavy drinking I noticed that the top of my penis was extremely sensitive and it started to hurt to pee as I was laying in bed I noticed a small amount of a yellow discharge coming from my penis any ideas what it could be

Hi,

It can be due urinary tract infection, infected smegma. Doing a urine culture can help diagnose the cause. If the issue persists, can check blood sugar.
