What Does Yellow Discharge From The Eyes Of An Infant Indicate?

My son is 2 month old and from few days he is having a yellow discharge from his eyes . We went to doctor he advised us to give moxicip every 4 hours for 2 days and than for every 6 hours for another two days . He has a slight swelling also is it safe to use it.

discharge form eye could be because of some infection . Moxicip contain antibiotic can be used to treat infection .If not relieved , consult to a Opthalmologist . hope it will help you .
