What Does Yellow Stuff With Odor On Penile Head Suggest?

I rolled back my foreskin and there was a bad smelling yellowish stuff towards the bottom of the penis head and it smelt bad, I have had sexual intercourse with a couple of women but all protected with a condom except when receiving oral, what could it be? I could send a photo if it would help as describing it is difficult

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to fungal infection. Bacterial infection can coexist also. Constant Smegma accumulation can give rise to such problems. You can use saline or warm water to clean the area. Avoid soaps and irritants . For such case in my patients I advise ointments with combination of antifungal like miconazole antibacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid like betamethasone for local application. You can send picture in premium question only.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
