What Does Yellowish Grey Vaginal Discharge Imply?

Recently I started using feminine wipes a lot more and have been using thin maxi
pads to feel clean because I'm deployed to Japan and it gets very humid here. I
also was using the St Ives apricot body wash. Now the inside of my vaginal
area, inside the labia and up to my anus feels raw. It does not burn when I
urinate and I only have occasional itching. No cramps. But I am having yellow-gray, odorless discharge as well. I have been having sex with one person
who is std free as well.
Can that raw feeling be attributed to too much cleaning products down there?
