What Does"Both Lungs Are Hyperaerated With Few Fibrolinear Opacities In Right Apex"suggest?

I've been taken the CXR medical check,the report is the following:Both lung fields are hyperaerated, with few fibrolinear opacities in the right apex.Heart and great vessels are within normal in size and configuration.Hemidiaphragms are low set.The costophrenic sulci and visualized bones are intact.IMPRESSION:Pulmonary hyperaeration,bilateral.consider residual koch's fibrosis,right apex.

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Emphysema with Old TB Right apex.
Both lungs hyper-aerated with fibrolinear opacities, indicate generalised extensive Old TB bronchitis with hyperinflation from the old choked bronchial passages,causing hyperinflation of the lungs on both sides.
Hemidiahphragms are low set from the hyperinflated lungs above.
Right apical damage is more due to its hypo-circulation, in the background of generalised TB of the both lungs.
This is what your Chest X-ray suggests.
