What Dosage Of Alex-P Is Recommended For Common Cold In Infants?

Hi Doctor,My son is 11 month old having running nose for last one day.He just got single dose of Alex-p + of 2.5 ml.Can you please suggest is this fine and how many times we need to give this dose per day and how many days.Thanks for your help in advance.
