What Dosage Of Clilostazol Can Be Taken For Recurring Symptoms Of Peripheral Artery Disease?

I first used cilostazol 50 mg, then my doc. increased the dosage to 100mg.. at first I experienced relief of the symptoms from my peripheral artery disease (left leg), but, it (symptoms) seems to be re-man--ifesting themselves. is there a more powerful dose to be employed before I have to consider surgery? thank you! General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

100mg is the maximum dose and higher doses can cause unwanted complications. If you are still symptomatic, you can try alternative drugs like pentoxyphylline.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
