What Dosage Of Magnesium Taurate Is Advisable For A Person With Afib?

My heart goes into Afib and the doctor told me I needed to start taking Magnesium Taurate. I can fine 100mg and 400mg. What is the dosage I should be taking. My last trip to the ER is where they found out I was depleted. They admitted me to the hospital and gave me 3 bags over a period of the day. I don t recall the ER doctor or my PCP nor my cardiologist telling me the mg to take just to take it.
