What Dosage Of Meftal-P Is Advisable For A Child?

Hello Sir, My daughter is 8 years old and having 30 Kg weight. Since her childhood whenever she got fever it got very high between 102-103. It could not control with crocin only. So when I gives Meftal-P, it decreases fast. What will be the dose which I give to her now for her fever.

I can understand your concern.
You have not mentioned about the formulation of Meftal P you are having. Is it syrup or tablet.
If it is syrup then give 5ml thrice daily.
If it is tablet then give half tablet thrice daily.
Give this for 5 days and if she still have fever then better to take her to pediatrician.
