What Dose Smelly Discharge With Itchy Vagina Suggest?

My discharge has a smell to it and it has some color in it like yellowish. It is a lot of it and it drips out a lot. My vagina has irritation and it is inflammed. I m on the second day of a yeast infection medicine (the cream). Its a three day process but I m not sure if its the problem. So can you tell me if its a sign of an infection and which one?

Hello,
THe presence of foul smell and yellowish discharge indicates bacterial vaginosis and not fungal infection alone. You should be placed on CLINGEN VAGINAL PESSARIES for 6 days. and you should be relieved.
