What Exercises, Diet Nutrition Chart Is Recommended Based On Lipid Profile Results?

sir,I am 35 yrs old, suffering high cholesterol with just upper level of bilirubin. Blood report as below: 1) Glucose Fasting - 83mg/dl 2) LIPID PROFILE:- (i) Cholesterol Total- 218 mg/dl . (ii) HDL cholesterol - 63 mg/dl (iii) LDL cholesterol - 85mg/dl . (iv) VLDL Cholesterol - 70 mg/dl . (v) Triglycerides - 350 mg% 3). LFT (i) Bilirubin total - 1.90 mg/dl . (ii) Bilirubin Conjugated - 0.80mg/dl . (iii) Bilirubin Unconjugated - 1.10 mg/dl . (iv) Total Protein - 6.20 g/dl . (v) Albumin - 2.80 mg/dl . (vi) Globulin - 3.40 g/dl AG RATIO - 0.80 : 1 . SGPT / ALT - 97 U/ml. SGOT / AST - 52 U/ml. ALP - 212 U/L please suggest me what type of exercise suitable for me and also diet or nutrition chart in this situation.

There is no need for any specific recommendation
In general, go for - low fat diet & regular exercise / avoid tobacco & alcohol / keep weight in range…
