Hi,thanks for query. In general a food that contains low sugar and low calorie can be taken.Have more salads, and some selected fruits like apple, banana, papaya in your diet.Avoid fruit juices, instead you should have whole fruits. Please take 4-5 small meals in a day.Avoid heavy starch containing foods like rice, white bread etc.bye.

AVOID "Sugar Free" which is Aspartame loaded. It is known to damage body in long run.
I am a borderline case and i use http://www.sosweet.in/ after having duimped the crap which contained Aspartame.

Read more about "Sweet Poison" so called Sugar Free (which also goes in Diet coke etc)
