What Food Is Suitable For A Pre-diabetic?

I would like to obtain a list of foods that can be eaten as pre diabetic- Alternatively those that CANNOT be eaten. I find with so much lengthy information available I get confused- Just when I think I am doing it right I find I am wrong. Are there any foods that are totally free in carbs and sugar.- Jill

Dear sir

Prediabetes is a brittle condition where in you get treated properly, it will fallback to normal.

The diet should consists of

1. Carbohydrates - 60 - 70 percent
2. Fats - 10 to 15 percent
3. Proteins - 10 to 15

The source of carbohydrates should be from complex carbs like starch rather than simple carbs

Secondly fats should be mono or polynsaturated fats.

There should be proper intervals between each meal..

Thanks
