What Food Should I Avoid While Suffering From Lupus?

I have lupus and questionalble ms.. I very ill. My phycial theripest told me about gluten and lupas. I wondering what foods to avoid to see if there is a change in my pain level, Mu kidneys are having trouble filtering medications and my uric acid is up.

Dear Madam,

Well as such there is no dietary restrictions in lupus until kidney is not affected . If your kidneys are involved then you should take a uremic diet .
