Better U avoid oily,spicy food.avoid all junk like pizzas etc.U have to take fibre rich diet.Oats also help U.green leafy vegetables,fruits not juices,vegetables except potatoes will halp U to reduce Cholesterol.do everyday walking will halp U to increase good cholesterol.
