Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Goitrogenic food is not good for health like tofu, tempeh, edamame, cabbage, broccoli, kale, cauliflower, spinach, sweet potatoes, cassava, peaches, strawberries, millet, pine nuts, peanuts, etc. Iodine, selenium and zinc contain foods are good for health. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
