What Happens If Deviry Does Not Restart The Periods?

I had missed by periods by 12 days on 24 Jan and the urine test result was negative.My gyn prescribed Deviry 10 mg for 5 days to get my periods,also in the scan she found an ovary cyst.Im worried if the test was too early and i have frequent urge for urination.
Please advice,what would happen if i do not get my periods after the medication!
