What Happens If Implant Fitted Is Bent ?

i had my implant fitted last july and ever since ive had it fitted, i havent had a period. the other day i was showing my friend my implant, letting her feel it ect, (because she is getting her fitted in a couple of weeks) and i got in to a habbit of messing around with it. now it feels bent, and i have come on. will it still work? because i havent had a period and now i think its bent ive come on? please dont tell me its broken?!
