What Happens If The Follicle Size Becomes 33mm?

Hi,
Hi,
I’m 36, married for 3 yrs & trying to conceive. My follicular studies on day 11th of my cycle was DF in RO & 19mm in LO, day 13th DF on RO & 25mm on LO and on 15th day, DF in Right Ovary & 33mm follicle in LR. My FSH is 8 & LH is 10. What happens if the follicle size becomes 33mm? Is this is considered as matures egg or a cyct?

Hallow, I have understood your concern.

Your hormonal levels are OK. However, the follicle has overgrown.

Usually the follicle ruptures after 18 mm size. Follicles after 21 mm size usually do not end up in fertilization. 36 mm size follicle is too large. I do not think it will end up in fruitful ovulation and pregnancy. Your Gynaecologist will explain you this.

I hope you got your confusion cleared.
