What Happens If Vomilast-od Is Not Taken In Pregnancy?

Hi docter, I am 28year old, I have one month pregnancy.its my first baby.my gyenacologist gave me vomilast-od tablets contains doxylamine succinate, pyridoxine hydrochloride and folic acid, I have some side effect to this.such as sleeping. If I not take this madicine, is it any loss for me?

This is a vital supplement which helps prevent serious congenital abnormalities pertsining to neural tube defects. I would strongly advice you to either take this supplement or request your doctor for a substitute which would not have the undesired side effects you are experienving. But please do not skip these pills.
