Depends on what side- If it is the Left side you will have too much fluid in the blood that goes to your lungs and may find it hard to breathe (or may not be able to). If It's the right side your liver will not be able to cleanse the blood and it will backup into your liver and will cause swelling -due to fluid accumulation- of your stomach.
