What Happens When I Put My Finger In My Vagina?

Hi, this is embarassing and I never noticed this before. but when you insert your fingers into your vagina, and you push down(not with your fingers but, er.. with your body? like you just push in genral) should your top vagina wall expand or bulge(more like expanding) out? i dont' quite know how to explain it
