What Has Caused Bright Red Colored Boils In My Vagina?

i noticed two boils on my vagina. I recall some of my hair be pulled in the same area. one has gone through the normal process, however the other has become very imflamed and risen of the surface. very painful. It went through the stage of pus, and also blood strangely which was quite alot. i clean it regularly and each time it generates a skin of pus. Its bright red and gets covered by my leg as it is in a awkward area. This is very unpleasant and i think it starting to have an odour.

I am really concerned, however it seems each month i take antibiotics for some ailment.
