What Has Led To Swelling Of Foreskin Making Retraction Difficult?

i'm 25 year old uncircumcised guy and three days ago i had unprotected sex with my girlfriend that lasted for some time, when i woke up in the morning my foreskin was swollen to the point of not retracting back to normal.

I tried not to panic and did some research online and found that in most cases the swelling goes away within a day or two, it's been three days now and still no changes. There's no discharge and urinating is still normal, and it is not painful.

Should i be worried?

You need immediate examination by a surgeon.Probably you are suffering from a condition called as paraphimosis.It is a surgical emergency.
This condition occurs in patients with phimosis in which foreskin is stuck over Glans penis and it may compromise blood supply of penis,which if occurs is a grave condition.
You may need manipulation or circumcision depending upon condition.
