What Helps With Depression?

have a 1 1/2 yrs old n she would eat her food. keep her food for 1 or 2 hours then swallow it. her other twin is doing well n dont have that prob. the problem is me. i keep hitting her..i know am not supposed to but have depression n its getting worse. what should i do? i dont have the maternal feelings towards her..

I think, you have depression and due to depression, you do not have feeling for your daughter. In that case, you need low dose antidepressant as well as benzodiazepine that would help you to come out of this phase. You can also try some relaxation exercise. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
