Do you feel cold or hot?
Has there been any change in your thirst, appetite or motions?
Has there been any chills with fever, burning in urine ?

Homeopathy works excellent in acutes but to prescribe ,we need some information regarding the appetite,your current thermal status,thirst and how u feel better and what makes your condition worse etc,you might be suffering with any viral condition .
for the time being if u feel better when u take rest along with increased thirst u may take Bryonia 200 i dose orally and drink lots of water .

hi welcome to hcm.you may having flue like symptoms.as you always prefer homoeopathy then you know its treatment based on more complete history so you went to your doc for that untill that you take gelsemium 30 5tab four times a day.
