What Homeopathy Medicine Can Be The Replacement Of Olimelt?

hi my son has been prescribed olimelt fr the last two years and is now taking 2.5 at night and 2.5 alternate day day, he is very stable and does normal activity, but does not have the drive and complacent and procrastinates he is 24 years old, can u suggest how we vcan reduce or replace with homeo pathy,
