What I Have To Do Based On My TMT Test Results ?

Age 38 years, weight 61kg, BP 110/70, height 169cm on the day of check up in the morning. In TMT test I could exercise 8min 1 second of Bruce protocol and achieved a workload of 10.9 METS. I attained peak heart rate of 162beats/minute. Exercise was terminated owing to THR. There was no classical angina . Clinically BP reponse was normal 130/80 In the pre exercise ECG there was minimal ST depression in leads II, III and in avF. There was significant depression seen in leads II, II,avF and from V3 to V6. No arrhytmia was seen during the test. What is the risk factor involved. Please advice is this should I go for engiography or take pills which the cardiologist has prescribed.

Thanks for the query

You have a moderate risk factor involved. Since u had significant T wave inversion it is better to undergo an angiogram as there is already features of ischemia.
