What Impact Does Finger Insertion Posses On Anal Muscle?

due to having an obsession with being clean from shit ..i some times fingered the anal hole and sometimes just entered my finger to about a millimeter or less inside ...and i quite that bad habit from a year and i didnt do except for 6 months and not continuous ...may that change the form of the muscle that holds shit or cause any problem ??
