Hello and welcome,

The test is just marginally deranged. The SGOT is slightly higher than normal. Unfortunately there are no drugs to cure liver problems. Sometimes they occur during pregnancy and revert to normal after delivery.

Udiliv has been used for liver dysfunction and shown promising results.

The rest of the drugs are mostly antacids and anti allergic. So they will not help. Please see a physician [ medicine specialist] or a gastroenterologist for better treatment options. Udiliv will help. Also discuss with your gynecologist as it is the 9th month, if a delivery may be induced at 37 weeks completed when the baby is mature as this eases the load on the liver and helps recovery.

You will also need a serum bilirubin test if it has not been done and a coagulation profile evaluation as these are frequently deranged in liver disease.

Do not worry. It is just a mild disturbance and retesting after 2 weeks may show normal results.
Hope this satisfies your query.
