hello..i have a pulmonary tuberculosis stage 3..i been in a 4 months of my medicine,1 day i drunk a beer too much and i notice after drunk i feel something wrong i feel shortness of breath,producing sputum and chest pain...what is this i feel now..please help me doc,,,...

Alcohol leads to respiratory depression.. As you are suffering from tuberculosis you have a weak lung leading to less reserve hence you must have felt breathless after having alcohol..
It would be advisable to abstain from alcohol as it damages your liver and so might not tolerate TB medicines..
Also alcohol reduces your immunity and under its effect you might miss few doses of medicine..
