What Indigestion Along With Abdominal Pain?

My 30 year old son has a problem with pain and indigestion after eating which has gotten worse year by year. Starting with not being able to eat chicken or turkey to now with all proteins especially. He has had some tests but unable to identify the problem. Blood test show organs seem to be ok. Any ideas about what it could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think your son may need to do an ultrasound to check liver and pancreas function. Also, do the liver chemistry tests and pancreatic enzymes tests.

It this come out normal also helicobacter pylori test is needed. If everything comes out normal there may be a problem with food intolerance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
