Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i assure you, there's nothing to worry about extended KFT.
As KFT means kidney function test, extended KFT,only means you'll need some more tests, as you've a protein leak problem.
In extended KFT, usually tests include checking CBC,urea, creatinine, calcium, electrolytes, proteins, uric acid,FBS and urine routine. Hope your doubt's cleared.
For my expert opinion,on any doubt, you can send it, as a direct question.
