Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, she must be having having cysts in the uterus. But that may not be the cause of the pain.
The pain may be due to the infection in the intestines, worms in the intestines, cysts in the ovaries, or urinary tract infection.
If necessary both of you may need to be treated, for complete relief.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis, and treatment . She may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
