Hello, Could you please clarify what is the Seroquel treatment regimen for Schizotypal disorder (f 21)? I am from Russia and psychiatrist prescribed Seroquel (quetiapine) 200 mg in the morning and 200 mg in the evening. I fell unconscious after the first pill. Nevertheless, the dosage was increased up to 600 mg a day. Could you please tell if this treatment scheme was adequate for this type of disorder from the professional point of view? Thank you.
