General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be due to hair follicle infection/boil, sebaceous cyst, cyst like batholin cyst and skene's duct cyst. I would suggest to consult gynecologist for examination. Examination is must for diagnosis. Specific treatment depend upon cause. Meanwhile apply mupirocin ointment, apply warm pad application, take frequent hot bath, avoid chemical soap and cosmetics, wear pure cotton loose inner. If not resolved then it should be excised.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
