What Is A Bump Inside My Upper Lip?

I have a large bump that seems to be inside my upper lip, but at the same time, on the outside. This morning, it appeared to be a small pimple.. But as the day went on, it was even more sore and began to swell. Also, it s quite numb at some points, and on the inside of my lip seems to be a slightly darker shade of red.

It can be an abscess but it needs to be seen , can be a cystic lesion also . See ENT specialist for this.
