What Is A Bump On The Labia Majora That S Painful Upon Exertion?
Hi, I recently discovered a bump, 2 cms long at the very top of my vagina, in between my labia majora. The closed bump is the same colour as the skin surrounding it, (light pink) painful when you press it, it is more long than round. I am currently sexually active. I discovered the bump on the 4th day of my period (been using sanitory pads). I was wondering wether this bump is a boil, pimple, pumped up vein(excuse the lack of medical terminology), std or what not. Thank you
2) Do check urine for pus cells. After 10 days if that bump as well as pain disappears other pathological conditions will be taken into consideration. There is nothing to be worried at all.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks, Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
