Impression Ptb in the right upper lobe of undetermined activity Consider small granuloma vs bone island in the right lower lung Minimal pleural effusion and or thickening right I was treated ptb ten years ago treatment complete. What is granuloma? Is it cancer?

Hello,

Pleural effusion and granuloma must be investigated by a biopsy or fluid analysis to rule out relapse of tuberculosis. It cannot be cancer.
