What Is A Growing Bubble On The Eyelid Suggestive Of?

hi I was just wondering what does it mean if you have a bubble of skin of the top of your eye lid in the shape of a ball? my dad has one and it looks very weird and it has just been getting bigger and bigger, I noticed it about 6 years ago when he was 50 and he is now 56 and it has now turned a little bit blue.

I understand your concern.
What growing bubble you are describing on the eyelid appears to be a cystic lesion. It could be a dermoid cyst or sebaceous cyst or chalazion.
It would be ideal to get the lump removed by means of a minor surgical procedure.
Kindly consult Opthalmologist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
