What Is A Growing Soft Lump Around The Shoulder Blade Suggestive Of?

Hi, I have a soft lump on my back around my shoulder blade. I noticed it a year or so ago nod didn t think anything of it. But it looks like it has gotten bigger and toy husband says wh n you look at it close you can see that the small blood vessels are showing around the area. Just wondering if it s cancer or a benign spot.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

According to history you are having soft lump at back....

It could be....
-lipoma
-rhabdomyoma like soft tissue benign lesion or any other growth....

For proper evaluation of this lump FNAC taken that will reveal it's nature of lesion...

Than surgical excision done if needed....

If it is benign lesion than no need for worry..

Take care

Advise : general surgeon consultation for examination....

Hope this will help..
