What Is A Lump On Outside Of Nose In The Crease Between The Nose And Cheek?

Small lump on outside of nose in the crease between the nose and cheek.
3mm circumference at the moment but has swollen before to about 7/8mm. Had it for about 6 months. Sometimes has puss in it, sometimes it just flakes off and is sore and then it bleeds. But it's always there. I also have a very small brown mark; a strange shaped one on my cheek which only recently developed

I can understand your problem this could be small boil and may be infected must be indurated, this could be best manage with the following medicine as I use to practice such cases in the same way,
1) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
hot fermentation would be more helpful hope this information helps you have nice day.
