What Is A Mild Swelling Under The Armpit Suggestive Of?

I am having extremely bad anxiety, right now. For about 4 weeks I ve been having irritation under my left armpit. I does look a little bit swollen. I don t feel any lumps on the suffice but I didn t go way in. I am shaken seriously (literally ) that it is cancer of my lymph nodes. Will a simple blood test tell me anything? I can t tolerate waiting for weeks of testing to find out. I m 56 female. I know I sound like a baby, but help.

if the swelling is reddish and painful then it is most probably an infection and u need only few painkillers and antibiotics.
but if the swelling is painless then it might go towards a cancer .but in order to confirm u should get the biopsy of the lesion.
