What Is A Sensible Drink (non Alcoholic) To Take When You Are A Diabetic?

What is a sensible drink (non alcoholic) to take when you are a Diabetic? Controlled by pills I have always needed a great intake of liquid. I have for the past couple of years taken circa 2 litres of Diet Pepsi per day. I am told that I must stop this in the interests of controlling the diabetes . Other than water what suggstions are there for an alternative. Many thanks

juice of bitter ground, milk with sugar free sweetners or without sugar, green tea, all are good in the diabetics but you need to avoid the coke and othe carbonatd drinks to find yourself healthy if you are a diabetic.
