What Is A Shadow Shown In Ultrasound Of Bladder Suggestive Of?

I just had an ultrasound of my bladder. It showed a shadow. I have to now have a systoscopy procedure. I am a female age 75. I have had a change in stream and flow. I had a systoscopy only 5 months ago and all was ok. what do you think the shadow is?
