What Is A Sharp Pain In The Bicep Of The Right Hand Suggestive Of?

I suddenly developed a sharp pain in the bicep of my right arm. I do tend to lean on this arm while using my mouse, and I spend a lot of time at the computer (at home and at work). I m wondering if this might just be a cramp in the muscle or perhaps indicates nerve damage?

Hello,

As per your description pain in right hand due to continuous computer work suggest muscle spasm or muscle cramps. so better to have pain killer for instant relief. But I would not suggest a painkiller for a long time.

Have physiotherapy for relaxing muscle spasm in right hand. And every 45 mins, take breaks from regular computer work.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
