What Is A Skin Colored Callus On Top Of Penis Suggestive Of?

I have what appears to be s callus on the top of my penis, about halfway down, almost right on top of a prominent vein. It doesn t seen infected, no pain or sensitivity, and seems skin colored. Do I need to be worried? I go without underwear sometimes , So I thought that it may be a result of that.
