What Is A Small, Painful Bump On Top Of Shoulder Suggestive Of?
My right side is in a lot of pain and my Hand is numb. At first i thought i had pulled a Maxwell in my neck while sleeping because i couldn t turn my head properly. You but then I noticed a small black head like bump on the top of my right shoulder blade in which the pain seem to be stemming from. What do you think is going on with me

It seems that there might be having sebaceous cyst andnow became infected producing local pain and in the neck.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
It might require excision of cyst.
