What Is A Tingling Ring Around The Shaft Of Penis Suggestive Of?

Hi i have a ring around my shaft and its bothers me i gotta grab my self cus i feel tingles it really feel like i have a rash on one side of my shaft right below my penis head but theres nothing there .....i notices a ring around it i dont member if it was there or not...tooo me my penis looks normal but it feel wierd why do i keep touching my penis shaft slash just below head on one side....just one little side

Hello,

Actually there are many causes for the tingling sensation, painful and delayed erection that you are having.

First cause is Trauma to the penis-- In your case, this seems to be the most probable reason. You need to give a rest to your organ for 2-3 weeks and see if it heals on its own.

Other causes include hormonal imbalance, excessive tobacco abuse, excessive masturbation, stress and inflammation of penile mucosa and other structures like corpus spongiosum.

You need to find out the cause of your problem and then consult a urologist for expert management of case.
